Fosroc Thioflex 600 two-part polysulphide sealant is available in two grades: gun grade and pouring grade.
It is ideal for heavily trafficked floor joints, sealing movement joints in building and civil engineering structures, including superstructures, basements, and subways.
Thioflex 600 gun grade is suitable for general application. Packed in a 2.5-litre tin containing the base and curing agent, it is ready to mix in the appropriate ratios. Thioflex 600 polysulphide mastic sealant is highly recommended for use in buildings that are high rise and other applications where access for subsequent maintenance will be difficult with the risk of early movement failure being minimized. It’s also perfect for sealing joints in brickwork, retaining walls, basements, and subway on both new builds and remedial locations.
Thioflex 600 pouring grade is supplied in a 5-litre tin, with curing agent included in a sachet inside the tin. It is recommended for initial sealing of expansion joints and stress relief joints in floors and sealing other horizontal surfaces.
